WHAT DOES NAIL SALON REVIEWS IN LAS VEGAS MEAN?

I liked the knowledge, I was addressed perfectly & my fingers with care. However when it arrived to nail artwork (I booked simple for two nails), I used to be instructed through the nail tech that she doesn’t do nail art.
